Tucson is a car-oriented city and a rental car is recommended for reaching Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon, Kitt Peak, and Mount Lemmon. However, the free Sun Link Streetcar covers a 3.9-mile corridor linking the University of Arizona, Fourth Avenue, and six downtown districts — all Sun Tran buses and the Sun Link are currently fare-free.
